Pricing

Refundable Damage Deposit: $150.00 per party – Due when booking is accepted.

This is separate from the Party Price and will be refunded after assessment of items.

If booking within 2 weeks of party date Party Price and Deposit are due when booking is accepted.

$200 Party Price:

  • ​Includes party for 5

  • Each additional person is $30.00

  • Add a theme pillow $25 each teepee

  • Add a theme balloon $25 each teepee

​Delivery options:

  • You got it – You pick up, set up, tear down and return items.

  • I’ll help - I’ll drop of the items and pick them back up. You are responsible for set up and tear down (+$50)

  • My pleasure – I’ll delivery the items, set them up and tear down at pick up time (+$100)

FAQ's

HOW MUCH SPACE DO I NEED FOR THE TENTS?

Generally, a 12′ x 12′ space will give you plenty of room for a 5-person party.  

Depending on the configuration of the tent set-up, there needs to be adequate space for guests to access their tents.

HOW DOES THIS WORK?

Once you have paid your party fee, we will arrange for you to pick up the party supplies from us (in Indianapolis).

We offer flexible pick-up times in advance of your party.

You will need a Crossover, SUV, Truck or Minivan to carry all of the party items.

CAN I CANCEL THE PARTY?

CAN I ADD EXTRA TENTS?

Yes! The charge to add a tent to any party is $30.00 per additional decorated tent.

WHAT IS THE COST FOR LESS THAN 5 TENTS?

Please contact us for special pricing on parties less than 4.

HOW DO WE CLEAN THE PARTY ITEMS?

All tents, rugs and inflatable mattresses are sanitized, and spot cleaned after each party.

 

​All blankets and bed sheets are washed in fragrance free detergents after each use.

If you need to cancel your party for any reason, we are happy to work with you to reschedule.  If you cancel 2 weeks or less from the party date, you forfeit your paid deposit.

Terms & Conditions

Jean Marie Parties reserves the right to cancel any party for any reason due to themed party inventory, and/or conflicts that arise with the hiring clients.

LIABILITY:

Jean Marie Parties assumes no responsibility or liability for accidents or damages. In the event of damage or loss of our inventory and/or damage or loss to the party’s location, the financial responsibility lies entirely on the client.

Jean Marie Parties is not responsible for allergic reactions or any other medical reaction stemming from the use of our tents and accessories during the party. In the case of liability and/or financial remuneration due to the aforementioned, the responsibility lies strictly with the client.

PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

Refundable Deposit: $150.00 per party – Due when booking is accepted.

All party balances MUST be paid 2 weeks before your scheduled party.

We are a reservation-based company and do not keep dates with unpaid balances due to the high demand for party reservations.

PETS & SMOKE-FREE REQUIREMENTS:

We ask that no pets are in or directly around the party setup area. 
All parties MUST be set up in a smoke-free environment.
We reserve the right to charge a $100.00 Cleaning Fee as well as the surrender of your deposit if the Tents and Party accessories are soiled with the smell of smoke.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE:

All tomato-based entrees, pasta, greasy or messy foods are not to be served on bed linens in order to keep them from being stained. Only light snacks may be eaten inside the tents (i.e. Popcorn, Pretzels). All beverages should be light-colored or clear (no cola products or fruit punch).
No food items containing tomatoes, tomato sauce, or dark-colored jellies should be served on bed linens.
While we understand accidents can happen, you may be held responsible for any damage to any of Jean Marie Parties property. Any food or pet stains on the tents or party accessories will incur a $100.00 cleaning fee and the loss of deposit.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS:

The following applies to any cancellation made for any reason by the hiring client.

If you need to reschedule, we will work with you to find an opening in our schedule. If you cancel 2 weeks or less from the party date, you forfeit your paid deposit.

DAMAGES:

Damage and/or defacement other than normal wear and tear of property belonging to Jean Marie Slumber Parties will result in assessment of charges and billing to the hiring client.
The hiring client is responsible for damages to property of Jean Marie Parties from that of the hiring client and/or guests (i.e. no pens, pencils, or markers inside tents). There should be no sharp objects that may puncture the air mattress.

Deposits are refunded after drop-off and inspection that no damage is done to products; if there is damage to any of the products, the cost will be deducted from your deposit.
